Things are progressing very well since our last post. We have been in meetings with the local decision makers. We have discussed the impact this can have to the city, as well as, possible locations, costs to construct, and the ability for the facility to operate on its own without any additional government assistance. They are very interested and can see how this can benefit the city. The business plan/proposal has been given to the mayoral appointed committee for further review.
